Return/Exchange/Refund

all exchange/refunds due to damage or incorrect item must have proof.

Limited Edition Pins - We only do refund, return and exchange for pins that are damage or missing during transit or if the item is fully incorrect.

Presale Customers - Will have priority exchange. They are the only exception for exchanging due to not being satisfied with their pin as a presale grade.

In-hand Customers - Can do refund if the item is damage, missing during transit or if the item is fullly incorrect. There is no refund for unsatisfaction unless the pin is damaged. Feel free to resell it if not satisfied. There are no rules to reselling.

Non-Limited Edition Pins - We do refund & return on presale grade pin if there is proof of damage item. We do not do refund on pins that are Grade B and below. Grade B or lower will have noticeable imperfection. We do not do exchange at all if its already in hand. If not in-hand yet we can exchange with a different item but has to be same grade.

Shipping & Handling

- We do not add the international duty and import tax towards the total amount therefore we are not responsible to any of the extra charges from your country. You are only paying for the shipping & handling and the product amount. Thank you for understanding
