FOR PREORDERED PRODUCTS
Return/Exchange/Refund
!! I CAN ONLY DO REFUNDS/EXCHANGE **7 DAYS AFTER DECLAIRED DELIVERED**. IF I DID NOT HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN THOSE DAYS THAT MEANS YOU ARE *SATISFIED* AND*THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH YOUR PIN* !!
PLEASE INSPECT IT AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PIN. **IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBLITY TO INSPECT THEIR PURCHASED PRODUCT PROPERLY**. If by any chance you will not be able to check it in time because you will be out of town or busy please DM me on Instagram beforehand.
Reason for this: Please be considerate for others who missed out on the presale and are waiting for the in-hand drop. Knowing that everything is good will help me count how many I have leftover for the in-hand and you can help those who wants the pin get theirs too.
I am in Instagram a lot and I am reachable, I love helping out so please communicate with me. If you do not hear from me on my email, please do reach out to me a couple of times more if you need to.
DEFINITIONS
***Commitment Group*** - There will be no refund at any circumstance unless it is damaged or missing in shipping. Remember you are committed to getting this pin. I do not have re-selling rules so feel free to sell it if you decide to change your mind anytime.
**Limited Edition Pins** - We can do exchange or refund for items that are Limited Edition if the item is damage, incorrect or missing from shipping. I will also need proof of damage or the incorrect item. Remember these are limited edition pins, I do not restock them so please be understanding if ever there is no more pre-sale grade to exchange since the commitment group are prioritize in terms of exchanges.
**presale customers**
- I can do exchange if I have available in hands extras for un-satisfaction reason of return since the customer suppose to get the best out of the batch.
- Presale customers are priority for exchanges.
- Refunds are only if the item is damage, incorrect or missing from shipping.
!! There is no Grade A on presale. Presale customers get the **BEST OUT OF THE BATCH** which means pins can always have its flaws but you will get the best out of that batch. please look at our #grading-system in discord for more info of grades. !!
**in-hand drop customers**
For the In-hand drops, all pins will be mixed grading unless specified that the whole batch is a good or flawed grade.
If by any chance the in-hand customer is just not satisfied with the quality, feel free to resell it at any time. Everyone's way of grading is different but I will **NOT** do refund just because the in-hand customer is not satisfied. Remember these in-hands are extras of what I have only. Buyers are committed to whatever condition the pin is since its mixed grade. you can get a A or B Grade. What I can only do is exchange for a better pin if there is any left to exchange. Please see our grading system for further information
**For Incorrect items** - customers will have an option among the following:
A. Customer will receive a full refund but must return the damage Grade A or wrong pin back to me *unless* the pin is too small of value to be return therefore the customer may keep the pin. I will also generate a paid shipping label for you to send it back if the pin needs to be returned and if the person responsible for the mistake is us. Please keep your original packaging so you do not have to pay out of pocket for shipping material. I will **NOT** be responsible for the extra cost if your shipping materials (poly mailers, box, bubble wrap etc.) that was included in the original packaging was thrown away. So please make sure you are satisfied with your pins before throwing your shipping materials away.
B. Keep the pin but get partial refund.
